Yesterday we celebrated our 8th Wedding Anniversary. We actually started having fun for it over the weekend at the Avia Hotel here in The Woodlands. Very nice. Then last night we had pizza and this very yummy edible arrangements for dessert--Just right! I try to always incorporate the theme for each anniversary year. The theme for 8th anniversaries is copper. Not being huge fans of copper--and really, where is there a wide assortment of copper things?--Matt got a pack of AA "copper"top duracell batteries as his gift. ...Like I said, we had a nice night out Saturday, so I didn't feel too bad about resorting to batteries for him to unwrap this year...
