Having Fun This Holiday Season

We continue to celebrate the babies' 1st Holiday Season here and it's been so fun. We finally got their room officially decorated too--which I was hoping would mean they move in to their room permanently...but that's not exactly happening yet like I wish. Matt's not ready for them to move out of our room yet, so we're going to make the transition after the first of the year once the holidays are over and we're back to a normal schedule. So in the meantime we continue to tiptoe around our room, use the other bathroom and try to stir as little as possible in bed when we're all back there. I'm also looking forward to having our actual computer area back to ourselves too with the transition. Hopefully that will mean more consistent blogging...!

I really don't mean to keep my babies sleeping in a pack n play all their lives so far, (see rant errrr paragraph above) but they're super cute and frequently hold hands when they do :)
Our little Christmas Kitty
And our Christmas Giraffe
Thank you Aunt Cheryl for our adorable hats! This is at Cheryl's annual Tacky Christmas Sweater party. The babies wore their "Baby's 1st Christmas" shirts and then had their little fashion show with their new hats at the party. Yes. We pretty much moved in to Cheryl's last night with all our gear.
Here's Ben! (Cam's betrothed), along with her future mother-in-law, Ashlee :)
I'm very guilty for sitting my babies in front of the TV. But Jackson and Ben joined in with them. Elf was on TV--it's not like they were watching "16 and Pregnant" on MTV or anything...!
Lucy is very festive
One of the many takes we have of this pose...And a reminder this was a Tacky Christmas Sweater Party
And another cute take...
This coming week will be a fun one. A lot more family and friends will be in town and off work. We can't wait to celebrate!

  1. That is so sweet about Matt not wanting them out of your bedroom! Love all the pictures, especially the ones of them holding hands. So precious! And the picture of Cole in his giraffe hat is adorable!
