Yesterday was the Houston Take Steps Walk benefitting our Gulf Coast CCFA (Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America) Chapter. Held at Discovery Green Park, it was at a great location with a great turnout. Spreading awareness is one of the most important things that can be done to help fight Crohn's & Colitis so it's a good feeling thinking about all the people that attended. Unlike last year's Take Steps event, we got to actually walk. Although this time instead of a major thunderstorm, we had major heat! It's seriously an oven outside. And it's only June.

Take Steps
